Lake Skegemog near Rapid City Aerial Photo from North

Situated near Rapid City northeast of Traverse City and northwest of Kalkaska, Lake Skegemog is connected to Elk Lake and Torch Lake in the northwest region of Michigan's lower peninsula. It sits at the intersection of Antrim, Grand Traverse, and Kalkaska Counties. Known for good fishing, Lake Skegemog has a little less activity than Torch or Elk Lakes. This aerial photo was taken from north of the lake on a summer day.
